Pelleting

A pellet mill is used to form substances into pellets of an appropriate shape in proportion to its intended use. Pelleting is used in both grain and feed industry as well as the agriculture and timber industry.

Depending on the raw material, the process can entail grinding, pelleting and chilling. In the grinding of material, residue such as dust is removed by a dust extraction set and filtered before being released into the atmosphere.

We secure the plant by mounting spark detectors that, through a central control unit, activates our extinguishers while stopping the any machinery and closing the dust extraction set if any ignition sources, such as sparks or flames, are detected.
